These Terms govern your use of itssomwhere, operated by Gemini Media Agency SRL (“we”, “us”), Harmanului Street No. 17, 500228 Brașov, Romania. By using this site or applying to join, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply to or use itssomwhere.

2. Applications and membership

itssomwhere is a private, application-based community. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application and decide, at our sole discretion, whether to offer access. We may decline, suspend or revoke membership at any time, particularly where these Terms are not respected.

3. Community conduct

We ask every member to act with respect and good faith. You agree not to harass, discriminate against or harm other members, and not to use the community to spam, solicit aggressively or misrepresent yourself.

4. Confidentiality

The community depends on trust. Personal information, conversations and introductions shared within itssomwhere should not be shared publicly, or used to contact members outside the community without their consent.

5. Partners

Partners join through an application and contribute to the community rather than advertise. Being a partner does not grant any ownership of, or control over, itssomwhere.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the information and answers you submit. You grant us permission to use that information to review your application and operate the community, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our content

The itssomwhere name, brand, site design and content are owned by Gemini Media Agency SRL and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. No guarantees

itssomwhere is provided “as is”. We create the conditions for meaningful relationships, but we do not guarantee any particular introductions, opportunities or outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of itssomwhere or your interactions with other members or partners.

10. Termination

You may stop using itssomwhere at any time. We may suspend or end your access if these Terms are breached or to protect the community.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Brașov, Romania.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
