What this is

A Community Partner contributes to the members. A Founding Star contributes to itssomwhere existing at all.

You’re backing a community before it can show you what it becomes. There is no track record to inspect, no membership figure that impresses, no returns to model. What exists is an idea, a room in Brașov, and the people who have chosen to be in it so far.

That’s the position you’re taking, and we’d rather name it plainly than dress it up.

Thirty-three, and never more

There will only ever be 33 Founding Stars worldwide. Not thirty-three per city, not thirty-three per year. Thirty-three.

Most are deliberately unallocated. itssomwhere started in Brașov and is built to go further, and the people who help open the next cities deserve the same standing as those who opened the first.

This number will not be increased. If it were, it would have meant nothing in the first place.

What you contribute

Agreed with you individually — cash, services, or both. There is no fixed figure and no tier list.

What matters is that it’s material to you, and that it helps the community exist rather than helping you appear inside it. We’ll write down exactly what’s agreed, and neither of us is bound to anything we didn’t discuss.

What you receive

Everything a partner receives. Presence in Our Network, presence at experiences, access to the community, first refusal on collaborations that fit you.

And three things only Founding Stars receive:

Presence in the story. Your name and mark appear in the films, the photography and the materials that show what itssomwhere is. Not as a sponsor logo in a footer — as part of how this began.

A voice in the direction. We will ask you what you think before we make decisions that shape the community, and we will listen properly. To be clear about what this is and isn’t: it’s a seat at the conversation, not a vote. itssomwhere is operated by Gemini Media Agency SRL and the decisions remain ours.

About Genesis

It’s a collectible, and a record. It is not an access key.

Your standing as a Founding Star belongs to you — recorded by us, not by a blockchain. If you ever sell the artwork, you’ve sold the artwork. You remain Founding Star number whatever-you-are, and nobody can buy that position from you or from us.

We built it this way on purpose. A community you can buy into is not the community we described to you.

The Room

Our platform arrives later. It will be a paid subscription for everyone — members, partners and Founding Stars alike.

We’ve thought about making it free for you and decided against it, for a reason worth stating: if the people closest to itssomwhere don’t find it worth paying for, it isn’t worth building. You’ll know the price well before it launches.

What lasts, and what renews

Your standing is permanent. You were here before there was proof. That doesn’t expire, and it doesn’t depend on anything you do afterwards.

The working relationship renews yearly, like any partnership — your listing, your involvement in experiences, the practical side. Reviewed together before it renews, and either of us can end it without needing a reason.

If we ever part ways, you’re still a Founding Star. We’d just stop working together.

When we would end it

The same reasons as any partner: approaching members to sell, misusing member information, or conduct that made someone feel unwelcome.

We’d tell you first, and we’d tell you why.

What we owe you

Honesty about how it’s going, including when it’s going badly. You’ll hear about the events that didn’t work as clearly as the ones that did.

We’d rather have thirty-three people who know exactly what they’re part of than a hundred who found out later.

The specifics of your contribution and involvement are agreed separately in writing and form part of this understanding.
